After a PS CS4 startup glitch, (had to reload my workspace profile) and
many preferences.
I no longer have the View/Show Selection Edges. It's grayed out, and I
really need this feature back.
Any ideas what's happened?

GOT IT!. "Show Transform Tools" in options bar, when the "move tool" is
selected.
Another question.. now

I have a backup external HHD, what files would I need to pull off it to
get all my preferences back?
Menus, color profile, workspace, the whole 9 yards?
