I have used Elements 3 for years without a problem. Recently, it quit
launching for some unknown reason. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled
it twice to no avail. Typically from the main menu I click on Edit and
Enhance Photos and the program goes through various steps in the launch
process and seems to hang after "Reading Text Global Resources..Done";
then after a couple of minutes or so a message appears saying
"Application failed to launch correctly".

My operating system is XP Home Edition.

Please help.
