From: laldog on 27 Jul 2010 07:24 I'm a little stuck. My school department offered me a free Mac lab (to be used for graphic design), but forgot to include the funds for software. i don't want to set up the macs to collect dust, so I'm thinking of adapting my curriculum (originally used for CS2 suite) and starting with an image editing software. Any ideas for free software that is similar to Photoshop? I have a small lab, so 10 copies is all I need. Thanks in advance.

Talk to Adobe. They have a very generous academic program.
