You are doing all the exploding: like the exploding of the small
d in my name! <g>

Interesting reason you give: do you have trouble making names
have a capital when they are in the middle of a sentence? No, you
don't because most names start with a capital. Mine does not so
this should be respected. I suffer terribly when you don't. I
don't sleep nights, I come out in a rash...

Do you try to use a capital when you type such things as

d is a small case of D

Thus turning a perfectly true sentence into a perfectly false one?

Please try harder steggy and I will do you a favour, say give you
one of my best jokes.

You have a fundamental misunderstanding, a name is not an
ordinary meaningful name. Its essence is its appearance and small
d might be crucial to it.
