Any tutorials for MAGIX PhotoStory on CD & DVD 9?
I am trying to create a Photo slide show with MAGIX PhotoStory. In the past, I have used ProShow Gold and liked it. However the graphics quality in PhotoStory seems to be lot nicer. Is there any legal issue about taking photographs in a public place at an event considered a public one?
A friend suggested I should have been at at the procession for the funeral of Bob Probert (former Red Wing/NHL enforcer), as there were many celebrities there. I thought that would have been a bit of a personal time for them and probably they would not have appreciated having someone snapping pictures to sell t... 25 Jul 2010 15:10
Getting rid of haze?

Canon's stock 18-55 IS lens -- worse than the 18-55 non-IS lens?
I've got a Rebel T1i and XTi. Both currently have the stock/kit (well, for the Rebel T1i) 18-55 image stabilization lens. For the record, I'm not a very good photographer and certainly don't know all the features on my camera, and most of my pictures are taken in CA or Full Auto mode. Many are taken from a movin... 13 Jun 2010 02:58

Canada: Camera Store clerks wages
Canada: Camera Store clerks wages? I was surprised to hear a sales guy at my local camera speciality store (25+ years experience in photography) earns $10/hour straight wages, no over-time pay, no health plan, no benefits other than a small 1% commission, but only if he makes a sales target. So even if he is $... 1 Dec 2008 21:49

Nikon D700x expected announcement date Dec 20
The expected announcement date for the D700x is Dec. 20. D700x has everything the D700 has, except the shooting rate at full resolution. The sensor is 24+ MP - while Nikon isn't officially admitting this, it is the one used in the Sony alpha-900. The D700 will be officially discontinued then, as by shooting at 12 M... 28 Nov 2008 18:15
