PSE 8 catalog problem Running Windows 7 Pro and PSE 8. I had PSE4 and installed 8 on my machine. Tried to convert the catalog file from 4 to 8 with no luck. So created a new catalog of my photographs that resides on drive D. Everything went OK. I was able view edit etc with no problems. Closed the program (organizer and editor)... 21 Dec 2009 17:00
Elements 4.0 on Mac crashes and file is empty I work at a school with Macs (10.4.11) running Elements 4.0 and occasionally Elements will crash leaving the file that was opened and saved wrecked. When Editing Text Hi, When editing scan texts, although the print of the image turns out a whole lot better than the image in the work area; the work area image of the text is terrible (poor quality)... PS Elements install wants "disc 1" My anti-virus software had a meltdown a couple of days ago thanks to an update that caused it to see malware all over the place (that wasn't really there) and deleted some files.
