photoshop decreases keyboard repetition speed
I use Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE. It came with the Canon D2400U scanner. Each time I use it, the keyboard repetition speed is much slower afterwards, and I have to go into the Control panel to change it again. I am with XP.
