Nikon D700S/X ?
The Nikon D700 has been around for a while and seems due for at least a minor update if not a replacement. Is there an upcoming event where Nikon is likely to announce the next generation of this camera? Does Nikon have an established cadence for announcing new products? ... 17 Mar 2010 20:05

Photoline vs. PhotoSlop
As any discerning photographer and graphic editor knows, a Granger Calibration Chart is perhaps the most useful tool to find any errors in their color-space work-path. I purchased a Tamron-F 2x c-af1 BBAR MC7 teleconvertor for my Canon XSI. I have two Canon lenses, an EFS 55-250 and an EFS 18-55. The teleconvertor fits fine on the camera, but neither lens will fit down into the teleconverter. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Shane. ... 6 Feb 2010 20:47
Sigma wide zoom = junk

These test figures are horrible, absolutely horrible. They are so bad at 250mm that you could literally shoot... 17 Feb 2010 00:54

Nikon D3000 and a teleconverter
I've tried a 25 year old Kiron 2X teleconverter with Nikon mounts on my new Nikon D3000 DSLR and Nikkor 55 to 200 zoom lens and I've got a problem. On manual mode I can adjust the shutter speed but have no control over the aperture. Anyone know of a fix for this? Any help would be appreciated. JS ... 24 Jan 2010 15:53
