Sure they can, and do.

OH, you mean if they are going to obey all your laws, even when you're not
around?

Well that's quite different, isn't it.

I don't know of too many leopards that change their spots. People that
don't obey one law will and can just as easily not obey another. Some
people are born free thinkers and will never obey another. Nobody is ever
above them. And rightly so.

The amount of faith that you people put into your written-on-paper-opinions
(laws) is amazing, just so you can sleep better at night.

Pull another child's security-blanket over your own eyes.

Having been through the pot-smoking 60's, I know several convicted felons
who can't own guns.....And most of them have wives who do own them, and keep
them on their husband's side of the bed.

Proving you have access can be rather difficult.....Just because your wife
owns a gun doesn't mean you have access to it. Have you ever tried to find
something your wife has stashed in her dresser drawers somewhere? It is far
easier to wait until she comes home and ask her to get it for you....:^)

The usual rightard bigotry.

I'd ask for a cite but I know that you rightard bigots are
pathological liars.
