I have instaled same versions of adobe illustrator cs3 on two diferent
computers.On one computer illustrator can recognize the dxf files and on
other computer the illustrator can not open the dxf file because he said
that he can not recognize that kind of file.
I ned help how to open the dxf file on other computer

You (or your client??) need a converter, for example:
