From: Todd_Muskopf on 19 Jan 2007 09:08 I'm running CS2 9.02 on Win XP. When I open a .pdf file, it opens normally. When I go to save it it tells me it can't save because of a program error. It sounds like I'm having the same problem as the people above. Was there ever a resolution? I need to do some small editing of pdf files, then save as pdf for an agency I'm doing some work for and don't want to buy Acrobat just for this tiny job. Todd
From: juliemckown on 19 Jan 2007 09:45 I am having the exact same problem as Todd. I am running Photoshop CS2 9.0.2 on WinXP. Every single time I try to save or edit an existing image file (.psd and .jpg), or create a new one, I get the message that my command cannot be completed because of a program error. I installed the 9.0.2 update, but it didn't help at all. What can I do? I need this application to do my job, but right now, it is completely useless. Julie

From: Todd_Muskopf on 19 Jan 2007 11:06 I just deleted the preferences and it made no difference. I'm still getting the error message. Todd
From: dave_milbut on 19 Jan 2007 12:15 next step i'd take is reinstall photoshop and any plugins. might also think about any non-system fonts you may have installed. one or more might be corrupt.
